Hope RisingBy Andrew Robison, contributing writer, GospelMusicChannel.com There are few artists flowing through the airwaves today who successfully rock out and praise God at the same time, better than the band Fee. Ever since their release of the album We Shine, Fee has set themselves as a cornerstone in the praise-rock genre of Christian music. Their newest album, Hope Rising, not only expounds on that genre, but also pumps you up for a life with Christ. When they're not changing Christian music as we know it, Steve Fee and his band lead worship at North Point Community Church in Atlanta. The new album gracefully and effectively explores the many roles of God, whether as a comforter, a father, or a strong tower. The new album is continuing to build on who the band really is and what they're capable of. Hope Rising is a definite necessity for any avid CCM or praise & worship fan. It once again shows us how powerfully talented the group is, which is no big surprise for existing Fee fans out there. Vote On AlbumComments |
