GMC TV Has Highest Rated Quarter Ever
15th Consecutive Quarter of Year-to-Year Growth Second Fastest-Growing Ad Supported Cable Network Among Key Demos W25-54 and W18-49
ATLANTA, GA – March 27, 2012 – GMC TV, America’s favorite channel for uplifting music and family entertainment, announced today that the first quarter was its highest-rated ever among W18-49 and 25-54, as well as A18-49 and 25-54. The first quarter was the 15th consecutive quarter of year-to-year growth for the network and saw GMC rank second among all ad supported cable networks in growth among W18-49 and 25-54.
Total day delivery among W25-54 more than doubled versus a year ago (+109%) and jumped 80% among W18-49.
GMC’s strong growth for the quarter was fueled by the network’s original programming including GMC World Premiere Movies and GMC World Premiere Gospel Plays.
