ATLANTA, Ga. – April 16, 2008 – Multi-platinum selling gospel superstar Kirk Franklin takes viewers through his life's journey in Faith & Fame: Kirk Franklin, the newest installment of the Gospel Music Channel (GMC) original biography series Faith & Fame world premiering Saturday, April 19 at 9:00 p.m. ET.

With more than eight million albums sold, Franklin exploded on the Gospel music scene in 1993 with the release of his platinum album Kirk Franklin & The Family followed by six platinum albums God's Property, The Nu Nation Project, Kingdom Come, The Rebirth of Kirk Franklin, Songs of the Storm, Vol. 1 and The Fight of My Life.
