gmc Begins Countdown to "The Lost" Season 6 of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman
Seasons 1–5 will begin airing June 9 on gmc. Season 6 premieres Labor Day weekend.
As the destination for the hit family TV series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman starring Jane Seymour, gmc, America’s favorite channel for uplifting family entertainment, is offering fans a viewing dream – five seasons of the critically acclaimed and Emmy® Award-winning series beginning Wednesday, June 9 at 6 and 7 PM ET/PT and airing continuously weeknights at that time through Labor Day weekend, when the sixth season will premiere. The episodes will air in order of original broadcast premiere and will be the first time in over a decade that viewers will be able to view every season through the lost sixth season.
In an age when women were expected to be seen but not heard, Dr. Michaela "Mike" Quinn (Jane Seymour) was an independent spirit who fled her home in genteel Boston for the rough-and-tumble life on the Western frontier. With a new family and mountain man, Bryon Sully (Joe Lando) by her side, Quinn finds a new set of challenges – and rewards – in life as a pioneer. These five seasons, leading into the sixth to air in September, traces the entire arc of Dr. Quinn’s epic story, from her first step out of the stagecoach in Colorado Springs through the extraordinary romance between her and Sully, the expansion of their family, and dramatic series finale.
